After spending 18 years maturing in three types of American oak casks, this Highland single malt has developed a complex flavour profile featuring red berries, mature oak, vegetal peat and runny honey. The Loch Lomond distillery is renowned for being able to produce a variety of whisky styles, including malts, grains and blends.

I love the rich, creamy, and oily mouthfeel of this whisky. It is beautifully layered with flavours of apple, toffee, and warm spices, complemented by a subtle hint of peat on the finish.
