Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon is a classic Kentucky whiskey made from a traditional Bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. It’s aged for 8 to 12 years in #3 char new American oak barrels and gets its name from the meticulous process the distillery uses to select its barrels.
Elijah Craig Straight Rye
Made to be sipped or enjoyed in cocktails, Elijah Craig Straight Rye is made with a mash bill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley. This whiskey is distinguished by how long it's aged (8-year minimum), where it’s aged (middle tier of the rick house), and its 47% ABV bottling strength.

Elijah Craig Small Batch Old Fashioned
Ingredients
50ml Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
10ml Simple Syrup
3 dashes of Bitters
Garnish
Orange Twist
Cocktail Cherry (optional)
Method
1. In a mixing glass, add bitters, simple syrup, Elijah Craig Small Batch, and ice.
2. Stir until well chilled. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and swath of orange.
