A wonderful apricot eau de vie from Italy's Capovilla! It's produced by distilling a rare variety of Vesuvian apricot in a bain-marie, before blending with Monte Grappa's spring water to bring it down to 41% ABV. It doesn't get fruitier than this!
Juicy, fresh apricot at the fore, supported by a subtle herbaceous note, tropical fruit and a prickle of fragrant spice.
