Wharf Distillery

The Wharf Distillery is an independent spirits and liqueur maker from the old market town of Towcester in South Northamptonshire. One of England’s smallest whisky makers, the brand also creates gin, vodka, rum, and apple brandy from locally sourced apples and distinguishes itself as the only grain to glass distillery in Northamptonshire. That means it doesn’t buy in neutral spirit to make its products, but ferments raw ingredients to create an initial base alcohol.
