Two Birds

Founded in 2013 in Leicestershire, Two Birds Spirits began purely with experimentation in the confines of the founder Mark Gamble’s home. Being both an engineer and a gin enthusiast (perhaps we could call him an en-GIN-eer?), it was only a matter of time until he build Gerard, the distillerys first copper still. It seems that Two Birds didn’t even need any flying lessons, as only two months after launching their inaugural London Dry gin, they won Top Gold Award at the Craft Distillers Alliance! In 2014 they moved to a larger distillery, though Gerard remains very much in use. The portfolio now includes gin, vodka and absinthe.
