Shaped by the seven editions of our Whiskymaker's Reserve series, The Lakes Signature is our first permanent style of sherry-led single malt whisky.

Embodying the art of élevage - nurturing the spirit through a series of casks to unlock endless possibilities for new and intriguing flavours - the result is a remarkable whisky, rich with exceptional layers of depth and complexity.

Matured in the finest European and American oak Oloroso and PX sherry casks, this indulgent whisky is a distinguished, multi-layered single malt with a distinctive, lingering finish.

It’s been years in the making, but The Lakes Distillery has finally bottled its defining style. Signature marks the first permanent single malt in the range – a bold, sherry-led dram that sets the tone for everything to come.

Matured in a mix of the finest sherry-seasoned oak casks, Signature delivers deep layers of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and warming spice. It’s indulgent and rich, but never overdone – precision-crafted in the heart of the Lake District using the distillery’s meticulous élevage philosophy.

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Reserve No.7

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Reserve series concludes (a real shame it's ending) with another sherry-tastic release that proves English whisky can compete with the best. For No.7, it's a blend of oloroso, PX, and red wine casks, comprising Spanish and American oak, that was bottled at 52% ABV non-chill filtered, with natural colour.

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions - Galáxia

The Whiskymaker's Editions collection of English single malt whiskies from the Lakes distillery is going out with a bang, with this, the very final release of the series. Galáxia celebrates the entire collection in a coming together of some of the most prized characteristics from previous expressions, from floral, perfumed notes to autumn spices, and vanilla cream to stewed fruits, bottled up at a nice, robust 54% ABV.
