Sliabh Liag

Founded in 2014, Sliabh Liag Distillers is the first distilling company to set up in County Donegal in over 175 years. Situated on the Atlantic facing Sliabh Liag peninsula of Ireland, the An Dúlamán Gin Distillery and the Ardara Distillery aim to reclaim the county’s legendary (on occasion illicit) distilling heritage and revive the complex, smoky Irish whiskeys of days gone by. Whilst Ardara undergoes construction and aims to start its own whiskey production during 2021, the company has a growing portfolio of tremendous blended whiskeys and gins – which all began with the release of the much adored The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey back in 2016.
