Highland Lights Whisky

Highland Lights is a 12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands. It matures in fresh oloroso sherry casks, giving it a strong flavour.

The flavour is rich with stone fruits like apricot and peach, toffee, and a hint of spice. The smell has stewed plums, pears, and maple, like blueberry pancakes. The palate blends toffee, blueberry muffins, walnut oil, and barley. The finish is long. It has malted biscuits, stroopwafels, dried apples, and cinnamon sugar.
