Cape Byron

An Australian distillery located in the Byron Bay region of New South Wales, Cape Bryon is a producer of a range of spirits but is best known for its gin, made using locally sourced ingredients, including native botanicals from the surrounding rainforest. The distillery was founded by Eddie Brook and his family in 2016 and they have a long history in the beverage industry, with their great-grandfather having founded the Brookfarm macadamia company. Cape Byron actually produces a macadamia liqueur in tribute to this legacy. The distillery is also committed to sustainable practices, from utilising solar power to rainwater harvesting and composting.
