Banchereau 8 Year Old Napoleon Cognac

Banchereau 8 Year Old Bottling Note

In 1968 Daniel Banchereau took over his family's wine estate and in 1991 Daniel and his children installed a distillery so they could produce their own Cognac, this is the excellent result of that decision.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: The aroma is dense with dried fruit, dried orange peel and sweet spices.

Palate: The dried fruits reach a new intensity on the palate with refreshing orangey citrus oils.

Finish: The finish is satisfying and earthy with occasional floral notes.

Overall: This is a big flavoured Cognac from a family producer, what's not to like?
