1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 21 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 13:00:00 UK time on 23 FEBRUARY 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 17 MARCH 2026 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase a 70cl bottle of Compass Box Hedonism 2026 whisky from www.masterofmalt.com (the qualifying product). Multiple entries are permitted, with each bottle of the qualifying product that is purchased (whether in a single order or multiple orders from www.masterofmalt.com) representing a separate entry! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment and order confirmation must be received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNERS:  MoM will choose one winner who will be awarded 1st place, five winners who will be awarded 2nd place, and ten winners who will be awarded 3rd place. The winners will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries and will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in order of selection. The winners will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
7. PRIZES: The winner awarded 1st place will win a 4 day, 3 nights trip for 2 adults (who must both be 21 years or older) to Los Angeles, USA, organised by Compass Box Delicious Whisky Ltd. (“Compass Box”) and 2 x complimentary Hedonism 2026 Gift Sets, each including one bottle of Hedonism 2026, two tasting glasses and chocolate truffles (which will be sent to the winner’s UK address by Compass Box). The prize trip will include the following: 2 x economy return flights from a major commercial international airport in mainland United Kingdom or Ireland to Los Angeles, USA (with one item of checked luggage permitted per person); return standard transfer from Los Angeles airport to accommodation; 3 nights’ stay at a hotel in Los Angeles for two people, based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room (including complimentary breakfast). The hotel will be selected by the Compass Box and will be a 4* hotel at the minimum (subject to availability); 2 x tickets to attend an exclusive Hedonism 2026 tasting event in Los Angeles, USA during the prize trip, hosted by Compass Box’s Creative Director of Whisky Making, Angela D’Orazio, with special guest Karen Gillan; a complimentary dinner on the 2nd day of the trip for 2 people at a venue to be decided byCompass Box in its sole discretion; £1,000 spending money for the winner; and basic single trip travel insurance for the winner and their guest (please see section 8 for further details). The winners awarded 2nd place will each win one Hedonism 2026 artwork poster signed by Karen Gillan. The posters will be dispatched to the winners by Compass Box within a reasonable period following signing by Karen Gillan. Shipping timelines are subject to availability and scheduling, and Compass Box will keep winners informed of expected delivery dates. Compass Box or MoM will not be responsible for any loss or damage once the prize has been dispatched. The winners awarded 3rd place will each win two tickets to attend a Compass Box Whisky Blending Session at the Compass Box Blending Room located in London. Travel and accommodation are not included. Dates for the blending session will be subject to availability and must be booked within 12 months of the winner being notified that they have won the prize. All attendees must be at least 18 years or older. All travel, accommodation, and other arrangements relating to the 1st place prize will be the sole responsibility of the Compass Box  and its agents. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in any travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. All arrangements relating to the 2nd and 3rd place prizes will also be the sole responsibility of Compass Box. For the avoidance of doubt, Compass Box does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 8 below. The prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items.  MoM and Compass Box reserve the right to substitute the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater value in their sole discretion.
8. IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THE PRIZES: Both the winner of the prize trip and their guest must be 21 years or older. The prize trip and all travel arrangements will be arranged subject to availability of Karen Gillan. The prize trip is anticipated to take place within April or May of 2026. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and their guest are available to travel on the required travel dates. Once travel dates and relevant reservations are confirmed, the dates cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled. However, the prize trip may be delayed or postponed at the sole discretion of Compass Box if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Basic travel insurance for the prize trip is included subject to the winner and their guest having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under the age of 70. It will be the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional premium that is payable due to the winner and/or their guest not meeting these requirements, and the winner and/or their guest will be solely responsible in circumstances where insurance is cancelled or limited owing to a failure to disclose any pre-existing medical condition or to exceeding the age limit. The travel insurance will be subject to the restrictions, exclusions, excesses, and other terms set out in the relevant insurance policy. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered and insurance terms are sufficient for their circumstances. The winner and/or their guest will be responsible for paying any additional premium that is required due to the winner and/or their guest requiring a higher level of cover or any other amendments to the cover provided. The winner and/or their guest shall be solely liable for any excess payments that are payable under the insurance policy and for submitting any claims that they may have under the policy directly to the insurance provider. Proof of age may be required for the guided tour and tasting. The winner and their guest will therefore need to ensure that they take a valid proof of age with them. Spending money is provided to the winner only and will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account. The recipient of the funds must be aged 21 years or older. All costs or expenses not listed in paragraph 7 incurred by the winner and their guest in taking up the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The prize trip cannot be taken over the Christmas and New Year period (i.e. between 22nd December – 3rd January (inclusive)) or  during any public holidays in the United Kingdom. Compass Box reserves the right to determine the dates on which the trip shall take place and/or to prevent the trip from being scheduled on certain dates. The winner will be required to liaise directly with Compass Box, or its appointed agency, to arrange the trip. Any personal data submitted by the winner to  Compass Box will be treated in accordance with Compass Box’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://www.compassboxwhisky.com/pages/privacy-policy.
9. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel on any dates specified for the trip, and that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (including a valid passport and visa for the USA). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner and their guest will be responsible for the cost of obtaining all necessary travel documents, including any visas, required for the trip.
10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the relevant prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winners for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). Compass Box shall be solely responsible for delivering the prizes to the winners.  Compass Box shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address (where applicable).  Compass Box  will not be able to ship the prizes to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom, in which circumstances MoM will offer the relevant prize to another eligible entrant picked at random. Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winners or their guests for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prizes or prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM or its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Insofar as is permitted by law, Compass Box or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winners or their guests for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prizes or prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of Compass Box, or its respective agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.  
12. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s and Compass Box’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
