Chardonnay Wine

The darling grape of the 80s and 90s, Chardonnay is a very dependable grape, both in the vineyard and the bottle. Characterised by a great balance between acidity and flavour profile, and the ability to take (sometimes excessive) amounts of Oak in its stride.
