Tamdhu 22 Rare Auld Bottling Note

This was distilled at Tamdhu in September 1989 and it was aged for 22 years in cask 8151 before bottling by Duncan Taylor in September 2011. A release of 243 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Aromatic, perfumed and fruity with notes of herbal teas, banana peel and tropical fruit. An incredible nose!

Palate: Malt and fruit driven core, with notes of guava, honey, apple seeds, toffee and beeswax.

Finish: Long and spicy with oak, pepper and toffee.
