The nose is quite sweet and thick with notes of mocchaccino, winter fruitcake, fudge, crème anglaise, milk chocolate. The palate is quite thick and smoky. There are notes of crème anglaise and milk chocolate, a little cocoa and winter spice with mixed peels. The finish is long with a touch of oak and a little smoke.
