Glendullan 15YO 1997 Bottling Note

This was distilled at the Glendullan distillery on the 25th March 1997 before a 15 year maturation in two hogsheads (casks 5067 and 5068). It was bottled for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection in early 2013. A release of 729 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Pear juice, hints of parma violets and malt.

Palate: Cooked fruit, toffee and biscuity barley malt. Apple peel and spice.

Finish: Peppery, spiced finish. Manuka honey.
