Edradour 10 Signatory Bottling Note

An un-chillfiltered Edradour released by Signatory, this is part of their un-chillfiltered collection and it's bottled at 46%.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Notes of oak, oatmeal, sherry with some liquorice and fennel, with clove spice.

Palate: Oatmeal on the tongue, slightly peated, with some caramel and hay with floral notes. Some sherry. Benefits from the higher abv.

Finish: A short warm finish, again the abv helps.

Overall: A great, easy drinking dram for a cold night.

After 20 years of drinking Scotch...

... it was the first time I had ever experienced the full climax. Draw all of the innuendos you wish. Shockingly rich and beautiful.

At last !!

This is it! This whisky is not the usual smooth one that might be expected. It has bite and yet is still refined. Perfect.
