Three Barrels XO Bottling Note

Three Barrels is a family owned producer that takes it name from its use of brandies from three wine producing regions: Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne. The Three Barrels XO is aged for a minimum of fifteen years in Limousin oak casks.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla and tawny port soaked walnuts, interwoven with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: Weighty but silky mouthfeel with notes of cinnamon biscuits, damsons and plums.

Finish: Waves of cardamon, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Overall: Three Barrels XO is velvety and spicy, leaves a warm glow in its trail.

Great drink, I really enjoyed the smoothness of it. Its a shame most stores don't stock it. I will really recommend it for the it's taste and price.
