21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

The ageing of a whisky has a huge impact upon its character, the vast majority in fact. Whisky is matured in oak, of the genus Quercus, and there a range of species used, from the European Oak to the Truffle Oak. We have some well-aged 21 year old whiskies. 21, the age... at which Americans can legally sample a fine whisky, the age at which you can get into a fine London discotheque, it is an age of great importance.
