A well-aged whisky is fine, rare thing. A long ageing in oak can bring great maturity and finesse. We have some beautifully aged 21 year old whiskies. 21, the age at which Americans can legally sample a fine whisky, the age at which you can get into a fine London... discotheque, it is an age of great importance. There's a whole world of whisky out there, why not sample one of our blended malt whiskies. These are all very well-aged for blended malts, and a long time in the cask has proffered great maturity. One can compare the effects of oak ageing, by comparing this whisky with other whiskies of similar style, but of different ages.
