Top Argentine malbec which was it's name suggests was fermented and aged in concrete which allowes the high quality fruit to shine unencumbered by flavour from oak. This is a fresh, herbal, mineral style which would suit fatty foods.
Fresh dark fruit like blackberries and dark cherries with floral violet notes and a rocky mineral edge.
