Pinotage, South Africa's own grape which is a cross between cinsault and pinot noir, usually makes robust red wines but as this wine shows, it's very versatile. This is a full-flavoured pink that would be great with spicy Indian food.
Ripe strawberries and red cherries with spice and a subtly smoky finish.
