A top New Zealand Chardonnay here, produced by the excellent Pyramid Valley, who are well-versed in the world of biodynamic winemaking. This particular expression comes from winery's Botanical Collection, with the grapes planted in specially selected meadows and named after the plants which also inhabit the land. This is the 2018 expression, which packs a wonderfully fruity flavour profile.
