An impressive white wine from Greece, produced by Lyrarakis! This expression is made with the 2023 harvest of the native plytó grape, grown at the Psarades vineyard on the island of Crete. Beautifully zesty with plenty of orchard fruit to balance of crisp minerality, this should be a winner with shellfish.
White peach and citrus blossom lead the way with more fruity wafts of lemon, apple, pear. Floral honeysuckle, green herbs, and chalky flint balance the acidity.
