Inniskillin crafted this vintage 2016 icewine on the shores of Lake Ontario from ultra-ripe Vidal grapes which were harvested when frozen solid and converted into this delicious sweet dessert wine.
Sharp fruit notes from apricot and apple are balanced by celery and light caramel.
