Estate Manolesakis Exis Dry White Wine 2020
This fresh distinctive Greek white blends two of the country's most interesting grape varieties. There's assyrtiko which produces mineral intense wines, especially on Santorini, and the softer, more floral malagousia. The result is a wine that combines the best of both and would be great with all kinds of seafood.
