Domaine Vincent Pinard Sancerre Cuvée Florès 2024 is made from old-vine Sauvignon Blanc grown on classic caillottes limestone around the village of Bué, just outside Sancerre. Farmed sustainably and handled with a light touch, the wine ferments and matures on its lees in tank, allowing the site to do the talking. It is floral, precise and layered, proving that this appellation can be far more than just a citrus delivery system.
