The second wine from top Pomerol producer Chateau de Petit Village. This part of Bordeaux is famous for its lush merlot-heavy reds. Production is small and demand is high, as is quality, so these are never going to be cheap wines but we think that this wine is definitely worth the money. If you're thinking of getting in a rib of beef then look no further.
Lush, ripe and full with notes of plum, blackcurrant and cherry, lots of spice with vanilla and oaky toastiness.
