A 2006 vintage Sauternes from Château Laville, made mostly with Semillon grapes, with a helping of Sauvignon Blanc and just a touch of Muscadelle. These grapes will have had botrytis, leading towards the intense sweetness that dominates the flavour profile. Hints of buttery brioche and floral blossom also crop up along the way.
