It's the 2021 vintage of this deliciously fruit-forward white wine from Chapel Down. Made with hand-harvested bacchus grapes which are then whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak for some gentle vanilla softness. Why not try it alongside some summery pasta dishes and grilled fish.
