Super super fancy rosé alert! This comes from Château d'Esclans, the company behind the massive Whispering Angel brand. Which is very tasty but Garrus is in a different league. This is made from 80-year-old grenache vines from a single vineyard in Provence. It's aged in French oak barrels to produce a richly-flavoured rosé which would make a great alternative to fancy white Burgundy with shellfish or Dover Sole.
Ripe red fruit like strawberry and peach on the nose with delicate almond notes. Extraordinarily creamy on the palate, luxuriously textured, apricots, apples and red cherries on the palate with toasty oak, vanilla and hazelnuts.
