Woodford Reserve was branded the “Official Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby” in 1999 and, ever since, has been releasing an annual limited-edition whiskey to honour the race. The edition launched for the 149th Derby is really special, however. That's because 2023 marked 50 years since Secretariat won the 1973 horse race with a record time for the fastest Derby that still stands today. Equine artist and Kentucky native, Jaime Corum, portrays Secretariat in the Winner’s Circle at Churchill Downs on the 1-litre bottle's artwork, with a painting titled “Still The Greatest”.
