Westland American Single Malt 70cl Whisky

This is the flagship American single malt whiskey from Seattle's Westland distillery. The Westland team raided the array of whiskies that they've been building up in the distillery's rackhouses over the past decade, and the grain bill for this single malt includes Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, Brown Malt, and Bairds Heavily Peated Malt. The whiskey spent at least 40 months maturing in a selection of new and used American oak casks, first-fill bourbon barrels, and first and second-fill oloroso sherry hogsheads and butts, selected to showcase the essence of the distillery and its house style.
