Westertower's Always Mellow - 1960s Whisky

A bottle of Westertower's Always Mellow blended whisky, produced in the Netherlands in the 1970s. According to the label, this was made with "...imported Scotch malt whisky and domestic grain whisky". Not something you see every day, is it?
