Brilliantly honeyed single malt Irish whiskey from The Irishman, which is built using triple distilled Irish barley at its core. The spirit is matured in American oak bourbon casks and European oak Oloroso sherry casks, bringing that classic combination of rich vanilla and dried fruit notes to the table. Fabulous stuff.

Nose
Sultanas, apples, nectarines, and a big helping of vanilla ice-cream.
Palate
Maple syrup, biscuity malt, dried fruit and a delicate dusting of festive spice.
Finish
A flutter of peppery oak, mellowed by buttery vanilla.
