With a mashbill of 51% corn, 44% malted barley, and 5% rye, the whiskey is matured in the dry mountain climate of Boulder, and boasts a distinctly smooth and soft texture, with buttery layers of orchard fruit throughout.
Warm, melted butter spread over crisp sweetcorn, stewed apple, dusted with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Gently sweet toffee popcorn, biscuity barley, and honeyed flapjack, with oaken vanilla and just a touch of woody spice.

Im afraid I will only use for Old Fashioneds. Very little flavour and fullness you come to love from some Bourbons. No spice, no sweetness, heavy on sharp alcohol. Need to leave to breath for a very long time.
