A pretty intriguing cask-finished, single cask Tormore single malt here, appropriately named "Speyside Sunshine"! After maturing in American oak, it was finished in a cask which previously held Martinique rum, before it was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. at 59.5% ABV in a release of 330 bottles for The Cooper's Choice Series.
Pineapple cake, caramel digestives, and mint chocolate.
Caramelised almond, dried mango, and earthy vanilla pod.
Sweet malt, tinned pineapple, and melted brown sugar.
