Distilled at Tormore in 2015, this single malt spent the next nine years maturing in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. The whisky was bottled at a bold 57.1% ABV for Signatory's 100 Proof Editions in 2025, without added colour or chill filtration.
