A.D. Rattray bottled up this Tormore single malt, distilled over in Speyside in January 2011. It rested in a single bourbon barrel for almost a decade, until in March 2020 it was bottled at nine years old for the Cask Collection, with an outturn of 229 bottles at 65.2% ABV.
Candied orange, with hints of tart citrus, icing sugar and sweet tablet.
Orange curd and crisp orchard fruit, with creamy vanilla and a touch of coconut cream.
Toasty oak and chewy vanilla, with chai spices lingering.
