A rather old Tormore single malt, distilled back in December 1988. It was left to mature in a pair of hogsheads for three decades, before it was bottled in February 2019 for Signatory’s Cask Strength Collection. Only 336 bottles of the fruity Speysider were produced at 46.8% ABV.
Chocolate coated nuts, ripe berries, freshly baked brioche and malt.
Raspberry crème brûlée, bittersweet citrus and more dark chocolate.
Caramel and citrus oil with a drizzle of floral honey.
