Distilled in 2011, this 12-year-old single malt from Tormore was finished for over a year in a refill Pedro Ximénez sherry octave that previously held Islay whisky. An unusual combo, imparting a fascinating array of dried fruit sweetness and soft, coastal character. Just 50 bottles join the Lady of the Glen series from Hannah Whisky Merchants.
