Indie Toremore single malt, distilled in 2010 and bottled by Duncan Taylor in 2022. The 11 years in between were spent resting in a single cask, which yielded a total of 259 bottles.
Juicy mixed fruits with pears, passion fruit, and floral barley open the way with a dusting of cinnamon.
Vanilla cream, apple sauce, and layer upon layer of stewed, spiced fruit are followed by earthy oak and biscuity malt.
Elegant citrus oil and zesty peels, creamy barley, and vanilla fudge.
