A 21 year old Tomintoul distilled in August of 1989 and aged in a refill hogshead before bottling in November of 2010 for the Old Malt Cask range. A release of 292 bottles.
Nose: Zinging spices and citrus zest. A compote of summer fruits and granary toast.
Palate: Game-y and aromatic, vanilla cream, marmalade and caramelised sugar.
Finish: Spices, barley sugar.
