A sweet, buttery Tomatin, distilled in May of 1990, and aged in a refill hogshead for 21 years before bottling in December of 2011. A release of 340 bottles from the Old Malt Cask range.
Nose: Spiced, vanilla, potpourri, marmalade, bread and butter pudding.
Palate: Cinnamon, nougat, coconut ice, a little peach nectar.
Finish: Spiced and long with citrus zest and peppermint.
