A UK-exclusive single cask single malt from Tomatin, distilled on 15 September 2005 and bottled on 1 September 2025 at a natural cask strength of 54.3% ABV. Matured entirely in a bourbon barrel, this release (one of just 238 bottles) offers a rare glimpse of Tomatin’s pure distillery character: all fruit, malt, and gentle oak.
Crisp green apples, lemon zest, and floral honey, opening into Victoria sponge, buttercream, and white chocolate.
Fuller than the nose suggests, with ripe tropical fruit, brown sugar, malt loaf, and a gentle oak spice.
Long, warming, and delicately sweet with soft vanilla and citrus peel.
