Matured at the Oxfordshire distillery in a 30-year-old tawny Port pipe, distilled from a characteristic blend of sustainably farmed heritage grains, it's been released at a punchy cask strength of 56%. Full of rich fruit, and a savoury, nutty character, with a deliciously silky texture.
Plenty of red fruits, juicy blackberries, dried figs, with sticky malt loaf and nutty grist.
Silky caramel, with spiced apple compote, chewy dates, and prunes.
