An old bottling of The Macallan 18 Year Old here, bottled for the The Fine Oak series. It was launched in 2004 and featured triple matured whisky vatted from a combination of sherry-seasoned European oak casks, sherry-seasoned American oak, and American oak casks seasoned with bourbon casks. The range was replaced by the Triple Cask series in 2018, so you can't get Fine Oak bottlings anymore. Fine Oak was also rebranded in 2008, so we know this expression came from before then.
