Vintage Macallan here, independently bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. The Speyside Scotch whisky was distilled in 1997 and matured for 25 years in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled in 2023, with an outturn of 660 bottles.
