Independent bottler Signatory celebrated its 30th anniversary in style back in 2018 by bottling up a series of very special releases. Distilled in 1997, bottled in 2018, this 21-year-old single malt from Macallan spent its time maturing in a single hogshead that yielded a total of 196 bottles when opened. With a commemorative label and case, plus a pair of Signatory 30th Anniversary glasses, it's a very smart set indeed.
