Originally released for the Travel Retail market, the Master Distiller's Reserve Small Batch from Glenlivet is made with specially selected casks, including first-fill ex-Sherry casks, first-fill American oak casks and traditional oak casks.

Chocolate and sultana from the Sherry casks, surrounded by layers of Seville orange marmalade and Custard Creams.
Fresh oak spice, more raisin and orange, oily barley.
Long and packed with orchard blossom and apricot.
Had this on a cruise recently, and I have to say, this will now be my go too, even at the price.

Best mate got me this when I got married, the bottle was spanked as we were getting dressed for the wedding, I have bought 3 bottles since including 2, 1L bottles and it remains probably my favourite whisky, smooth caramel and toffee until the cows come home. Love it...
