Presenting the Glenlivet Signatory Vintage Single Cask #901025, a 17-year-old single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2006. It was aged in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled at a cask strength of 60.6% ABV. Just 644 bottles were filled in 2024 to join the Cask Strength Collection.
Rich aromas of dried fruits and cocoa powder, complemented by toffee apples, pecans, and caramel, finishing with soft sandalwood.
Peppery spice, abundant salted nuts, subtle espresso bitterness, figs, with underlying hints of dried herbs and tobacco.
Dominated by wood and white pepper notes, concluding with an unexpected yet delightful black cherry nuance; exhibits good length.
